Ta Da! Pretty New Site

Jan222009

dgsite1The new Dogs & Goddesses site is up with a pretty new design by Mollie Smith based on the bookcover design by Mara Lubell. There will be daily postings from now until mid-February from Lani, Krissie, or me, starting with today’s post on the soundtrack Lani assembled to write the book. My post tomorrow is on the collage I did for it, plus my soundtrack, and Krissie will weigh in on Saturday with her prep for the book. After that we’ll talk about our characters, the book tour, and what we’re thinking about doing next. So it’s New! and, uh, well, new. Plus the stuff we’ve been posting there for over a year is still there. And the book is out February 3, which I’m saying now because I’ll forget to mention it later.

And we thank you for your support.

Now back to finishing Wild Ride.

So glad to be reminded that the book will be out soon. I am always first in line for books by the three of you. I’ve met Anne and she was delightful and shared so much about the business. Hope to meet Jennie and Lani one day.

The new site looks wonderful (the old one did, too). Congrats to the talented Mollie.

Good luck with the book, ladies!

OOh..very nice! I love the colors. Hey, I know a very talented designer who can make you a custom mailbox for that site, too…

Orange is my favorite color, and I still think those lotus paws are one of the best graphic designs evah. So perfectly illustrates the title and concept! I think you could make little stamped metal necklaces with a lotus-paw image on it and sell them for dog rescue funds. I’d buy one or 12. (charms, earrings, bracelets, all good, but I wear necklaces.)

Toronto’s got it???? What’s up with that? I pre-ordered from Amazon, so I hope the wait isn’t too long. Is that Toronto bookstore consistently early? Because that might be a good little business, mailing early books to starving Crusie addicts around the globe . . . with only a small handling fee (-:.

Oh well, less than two weeks, if the international shipping isn’t too slow.
