Merry Christmas . . .
Dec252008
. . . and Happy Hanukkah and Delightful Kwanzaa and whatever else you celebrate.
Me, I’m still celebrating the election. If they could put a bow on the Obamas, that would be the best gift this year. Here’s hoping your holidays, whatever they are, are merry and bright and full of love and hope. And dogs.

Strop, you shouldn’t but . . .
Let me know what I can send you. We just can’t compete with British sweets here.
Thank you!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! My husband got me red mittens (on a string!) with spiders on them. Little grey spiderwebs knitted into the backs and felt spiders. They totally rock. I can’t decide if I feel like a five year old or an arachnologist. I got lots of other stuff too but nothing compares to the mittens.
Maltesers are the best.

Now I have to go google ‘maltesers’, since all I can think of is the Maltese Falcon and I’m pretty sure that’s not edible.
But happy holidays everyone who’s got a holiday around now and happy Thursday (it IS Thursday, yes?) to the rest of you.

Happy Holidays to everyone! I’m stuffed and sleepy which is good because today I get to spend a quiet and lazy day with the hubby. Tomorrow it’s back to the rat race.

Maltesers? That takes me back to Saturday afternoon matinees, Maltesers and Fantails were my favorite movie going candy. Haven’t thought of them in ages and now I want some. I’m jealous.
Happy holidays everyone. Just got home from a delicious brunch, which was even more delicious because I didn’t have to cook or clean the house. The Lakers are playing at 2 pm. Gotta go.

Merry Christmas! Ate too much at the family todo last night and still feel blah. But Santa was good to me. New fluffy pillows and a cool necklace of polished stones.
I get a daily view of that big White House on my way to work every day so I can tell you that the city is doing it’s best to put a big shiny bow on the Obamas. The parade VIP viewing stands are already going up.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, with all the grandkids, and greats, in a happy frame of mind, even if they’re over-tired, and with too many sweets. Still a beautiful day with loved ones.
Be careful driving with all the ice and snow. We’re finally above freezing for the past week. Goodness.
Have a healthy, and happy, New Year.

Christmas is within 1/2 hour of being over. Not sure about Chanukah.
Whatever-I hope your Hoilday was all you expected it to be.

Merry Christmas to you, Jenny, even if it is a day late! I’m on gay people’s time here…
Jill, I like “Hoilday”, even though I know it’s a typo and I have no idea what it could mean. I’m going to try to find a use for it. Sort of like the time another blogger mistyped “denominational” as “demoniational,” and I fell in love with the mistyped version.
