Give A Hand Up Down Under
One of my favorite people in the world, Anne Gracie, is doing a very good thing, and I think you all should know about it. Here are the deets:
Bronwyn Jameson and Anne Gracie are offering a 4 week on-line romance writing course to raise money to help pay the massive hospital bills [...]
Thankful Days
It’s Thanksgiving and I’m home with this stupid cough because I am not infecting my entire family for the holidays. Yes, I have some resentments from my childhood, but nothing like that.
So I’m sitting here in the relative quiet of my home (Milton is taking exception to a deer in the driveway) thinking about [...]
Good Blog: Strange Maps
I’m still hacking and wheezing but I am making excellent time on Wild Ride so I am a happy camper. I’m about to turn it over to Bob again which means I might have time to blog about some of the things I’ve been cogitating about, but in the meantime . . .

Myers-Briggs Your Blog
I’m sick again. Sinus this time. Or it was sinus all along and the pneumonia just hid it. Anyway, I’m back on drugs and feeling much better, but about all I’ve done all week is surf the net in bed because my body and brain were too fried to do anything creative, [...]

God, I love the internet.

27 commentsFortunes, Pithy
So I’ve been recovering from the crud and working on Wild Ride and trying to get all the outdoor painting done since we’ve got two days in the sixties here and then the thermometer heads south and that’ll be all she wrote until spring. Also watching Rachel Maddow and crocheting caps for Callie that [...]
130 commentsMake You Cry
I’m still crying pretty much every morning. It could be the pneumonia talking, but I’m feeling pretty good, so I’m going with Obama and hope and a new day. But I hate crying alone so look at the political cartoons:
There’s more on Slate.com. It’s always amazed me how a political cartoon [...]
37 commentsVote, Please
I know, I know, everybody’s telling you that. But the thing is, there’s more going on here than who wins or loses. It’s also about how much they win or lose by. So your vote absolutely makes a difference, even if the pundits are pretty sure who’s going to win. And [...]
