Which stands for Be Right Back because I am slammed with work right now.
In the meantime, here’s your moment of Yin, courtesy of Andrew Sullivan.

Or you can just watch it here:
I like to think that dog is female. Escaping the bounds of patriarchal confinement.
Also, the whole thing just makes me happy.

Excellent! I love how understanding unfolds – you watch the dog start to climb, and then you notice the boards up at the top of the door, and you watch the dog start to climb higher and you notice the brick on the roof. Hilarious!

hahahaha! I had a dog who could climb a chain link fence like kids do. I caught her perched on the top pole, like some weird bird, in the split-second before she made her leap of freedom.
Love the part where she’s reached the top and you can see the wheels turning: “Hmmm, where’s the softest place to land?”

The only thing that would have been better is if she could have opened the door from the outside and let the other dogs out too. That was great.

That was fantastic. I laughed all the way through. I liked how the other dogs watched the whole process but didn’t get too excited until the end when they were left on the wrong side of the door.

Aaah – I just felt bad for the other dogs, still in confinement.

Love Andrew Sullivan. I’m kind of an addict. This video is the best. I keep hoping that the others follow.

I love this. I think the other dogs think she is loony tunes until the very end. Then they are bummed that they didn’t pay more attention so they could do it to.

Now that is priceless. I found my body moved forward in the chair with every foot the dog climbed. I was holding my breath and grinning the entire time. And like others mentioned, went “Awww,” when the other dogs realized they were left behind.

I am so happy my connection was fast enough today for me to watch that!
I loved the pause at the top where she considered (because of course she’s a girl!) hmmm…what now? And the fact that she climbed up rather than just dig a hole. She’s got style

I love that video – I just hope she didn’t hurt herself when she landed. That was pretty far up for a little dog.

and yet there are people who think animals can’t reason. Ha!
I would feel sorry for the other dogs except one did get out and showed them how. So either they followed or chose to stay behind. Like people, you can lead but you can’t force others to follow.

Once a dog gets out they will continue to try again, and again. Very cute video Jennie.

I should add to my previous comment, it was a good thing it wasn’t a puppy who got loose in a home where it could chew up and destroy whatever it happened to get it’s teeth into.

But the best part is that she has done this before. And not even the brick stops her.
