Be careful what you ask for. This is AMAZING. I now have a short list of twenty names to give to Bob (I'll check back in before midnight ET)because his attention span does not extend to 200+ comments. And I check the spam folder and found several of you. If your comment ever disappears without a trace, it's because I was too lazy to check the folder and just deleted everything. Sometimes I do that. It's ugly in there. Six pages of that stuff and you want to resign from the human race. But this is truly above and beyond the call. I'm flabbergasted. Whoa. Be careful what you ask for. This is AMAZING.

Or have it serve multiple functions as motif, symbol, source of conflict, etc. Which makes me think that a useful solution would be to choose a theme (such as sparkly fairies or bloodsucking undead) and have every ride, attraction, and food reflect that theme, sort of building an omnipresent feeling of a web closing around the characters. I love a lot of the suggestions here, especially Area 51, which could be mined in lots of ways (including references to government conspiracies). Wyrd World is good too--the rune Wyrd (whose existence is debatable, and which has no symbol) stands for something that you shouldn't know. Or you could call it Halloween (or Halloween Land, Town, Ville) and then have stuff reflect different aspects of Halloween. Halloween can be cheerful and fun or really, really creepy and scary. Little speakers hidden all over the park, with moaning sounds, chains rattling, Blair-Witch type sounds ("I'm so scared"). A ride called The Thinnest Veil, because that night is the thinnest veil between the two worlds. Creepy Hollow, Headless Horseman, the Wicker Man. Basically every creepy Halloween legend there is. But there could be people who refuse to see how sinister it is, and think it's just a fun theme park.
